More accurately, the chilling compositions are pressed on “blood spattered hockey mask” vinyl, which salutes the fact that it is in the third installment of the iconic horror franchise that Jason Voorhees first began donning his signature face piece. Honing in even more on finer film details, the inner gatefold sleeve illustration by Gary Pullin depicts the deleted final scene, in which Jason, barefaced, beheads Chris Higgins with his machete. Very impressive stuff (the record, not the beheading), and a real treat for Jason and/or horror fans in general.

remastered from original analog tapes

gatefold sleeve with Gary Pullin illustrations

180 gram vinyl pressing

double blood splattered white vinyl

music label: Waxwork Records 2016

reviewed by buffalo fingers 04/2016

https://www.turntablelab.sbs/products/harry-manfredini-friday-the-13th-part-3-180g-colored-vinyl-vinyl-2lp
